Zola's Story

We worked with Zola through our partnership with Helping Seniors of Brevard.  

Zola was a very sweet lady who had owned and lived in her house for many years.  She had raised her family,  and now wanted to downsize to something smaller and easier to manage.  She knew that there were many bigger maintenance items coming up due for the property, such as the roof, air conditioning, well equipment, and general updating throughout, and she did Not want to deal with the time, money, and hassle of trying to repair all of those things herself to sell her property.  She also did not want to have to deal with listing the house, having buyers come in and out of the property, and going through inspections where she knew already there were repairs to be done that a standard homeowner would not want to undertake.

Zola had offers from other cash buyers, but the final piece of her puzzle was that she also needed some help figuring out her next steps.  She couldn't sell her house with nowhere to go!  We were not only able to give Zola a fair cash offer, but also to help Zola work out her new property to move to, and coordinate our closing dates perfectly so that she did not have to move all of her belongings into storage or try and live with a family member in the middle of her transition.  We closed on purchasing her house, she used the cash funds for her new home, and then was able to move directly into her new place and on with her life.
